Ingredients

• firm tofu 396g
• nutritional yeast flakes 3 tablespoons
• water 1 table spoon
• white miso paste 1 tablespoon
• onion powder 2 teaspoons
• Chicken Broth Powder 2 teaspoons
• garlic powder 1 teaspoon
• liquid smoke 1 teaspoon
• apple vinegar vinegar 1 teaspoon
• salt 0.5 teaspoon
• ground sage 0.25
• vital wheat gluten 1.5 cups
• msg 0.25 teaspoon
• canola oil 2 teaspoon

Steps

• add all ingredients besides vital wheat gluten to food processor and blend until smooth
• add vital wheat gluten and mix until it forms a ball in food processor
• form dough into logs 4cm in diameter then wrap in aluminium foil
• steam for an hour or until internal temperature reaches 71°C
• cool overnight in fridge
