## Ingredients

- [ ] heavy cream 6 tablespoons
- [ ] fenugreek
## Tools
- sheet pan
- pot
## Steps
- preheat oven to 430 °F
- place paneer, bell peppers, and onions from the tikka marinade onto skewers in alternating order
- put skewers on sheet pan and place in the oven
- after 8 to 10 minutes flip skewers and let cook until paneer is golden (around 15 minutes total)
- remove paneer, peppers, and onions from skewers and add to tikka masala gravy
- stir heavy cream into the gravy
- garnish with fenugreek
