## Steps
|
|
- whisk egg yokes, corn syrup, and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved
|
|
- add mixture, cream, milk, and vanilla extract to sauce pan and stir
|
|
- heat sauce pan and stir until the mixture reaches 165-175 °F
|
|
- pour mixture into ninja creami pint container
|
|
- store in freezer until frozen
|
|
- place pint in ninja creami and select gelato then select respin
|
|
- serve
|
