## Steps
|
|
- Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and aquafaba/egg white to shaker
|
|
- Dry shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds (without ice)
|
|
- Add ice to shaker
|
|
- Shake vigorously for another 10-15 seconds[^1]
|
|
- Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice
|
|
- Optional: Add a few drops of Angostura bitters on top of foam
|
|
- Garnish with lemon wheel or cherry
|
|
