# Makes 1 9x13 pan or 4 large rectangular pyrex containers

- try kefir and heavy cream instead of sour cream and milk?
- added wine while cooking beef
- added balsamic vinegar while cooking beef

- add molasses to dish
- try adding bread crumbs
- add egg to mixture before baking
## Ingredients

- [ ] ground beef 2lbs
- [ ] garlic 8 cloves
- [ ] cream of mushroom soup 12oz
- [ ] milk 8oz
- [ ] sour cream 2 large spoonfuls
- [ ] monterey jack shredded 2 cups
- [ ] cheddar shredded 2 cups
- [ ] frozen corn 12oz
- [ ] frozen peas 12oz
- [ ] frozen carot cubes 12oz
- [ ] tater tots 32oz
- [ ] black pepper
- [ ] orregano
- [ ] sage
- [ ] salt
- [ ] msg
- [ ] rosemary
- [ ] thyme
- [ ] cilantro
- [ ] parsley garnish
- [ ] butter to greases a pan
## Tools
- pan
- mixing bowl
- cake pan/4 large rectangular pyrex containers
## Steps
- preheat oven to 350 °F
- dice onion
- grease pan
- caramelize onions
- brown the ground meat with the onion
- stir in crushed garlic
- mix all ingredients except tater tots in mixing bowl
- pour mixed ingredients into cake pan
- layer tater tots on top of mixture
- place pan in oven for an hour
- let cool
- serve
