- [ ] red chile powder 15g (2 tablespoons)

- [ ] garlic cloves 2
|
|
- [ ] peppercorns 0.75 (0.5 teaspoons)
|
|
- [ ] white sugar 4g (0.75 teaspoons)
|
|
- [ ] cumin 3.5g (2 teaspoons)
|
|
- [ ] smoked salt 3.5g (2 teaspoons)
|
|
- [ ] oregano 2.5g (1 tablespoon)
|
|
- [ ] dried chile peppers 2

## Tools
|
|
- mortar and pestle
|
|
- frying pan
|
|
## Steps
|
|
- add all ingredients other then turkey breast to mortar and pestle and grind to a paste
|
|
- mix in paste with ground turkey
|
|
- fry turkey mixture
|
|
