• stale bread
• egg
• milk
• cinnamon
• butter

Tools

• mixing bowl
• pan or griddle
• stove top

Steps

• beat eggs and milk together until smooth
• butter pan and place on medium high heat
• dip both sides of bread in egg wash
• place bread in pan and sprinkle the top with cinnamon
• fry one side until golden brown
• flip bread and sprinkle the top with cinnamon
• fry remaining side until golden brown
• serve
