- strong black coffee 200ml
- rum 42g (1 shot) 1
- savioardi biscuits/lady's fingers 20-24
- coca powder

- whisk
- mixing bowls 3

Steps
- separate eggs
- whisk together egg yokes and sugar
- mix in mascarpone to egg yoke mixture
- whisk egg whites to soft peaks
- gently mix together both mixtures
- layer biscuits dunked in coffee and egg mixture in dish
- dust top with coca powder
