Ingredients

  • 000' pizza flour 1kg
  • water 450g
  • yeast 10g

Tools

  • stand mixer

Steps

  • mix all ingredients until they come together
  • pour dough out onto a clean surface and kneed until smooth
  • let rest for 16-18 hours at 16-18°C in container covered with cling wrap with a small hole in it
