- [ ] apple vinegar vinegar 1 teaspoon
|
|
- [ ] salt 0.5 teaspoon
|
|
- [ ] ground sage 0.25
|
|
- [ ] vital wheat gluten 1.5 cups
|
|
- [ ] msg 0.25 teaspoon
|
|
- [ ] canola oil 2 teaspoon

## Steps
|
|
- add all ingredients besides vital wheat gluten to food processor and blend until smooth
|
|
- add vital wheat gluten and mix until it forms a ball in food processor
|
|
- form dough into logs 4cm in diameter then wrap in aluminium foil
|
|
- steam for an hour or until internal temperature reaches 71°C
|
|
- cool overnight in fridge
|
