Makes 1 loaf

Ingredients

• shortening 1/2 cups
• granulated sugar 1 cup
• just egg 6 table spoons ¹
• bananas 3 small or 2 large
• unsweetened soy milk 1 1/2 table spoon
• critic acid/lemon juice/lime juice barely a dash ²
• flour 2 cups
• baking soda 1 teaspoon
• salt 1/4 teaspoon
• chocolate chips ??? ³
• shortening to grease baking dish

Tools

• mixing bowl
• beater
• glass bread baking dish
• oven

Steps

• let bananas sit on counter till almost black
• freeze bananas and then then thaw overnight
• preheat oven to 350°f
• add shortening, sugar, just egg, bananas, soy milk and acid bowl and mix until banana chunks won't break down anymore
• grease baking dish
• mix in remaining ingredients to mixing bowl until incorporated don't over mix
• bake in oven for 45-50 minutes
