- [ ] unsweetened soy milk 1 1/2 table spoon
|
|
- [ ] critic acid/lemon juice/lime juice barely a dash [^3]

- [ ] flour 2 cups
|
|
- [ ] baking soda 1 teaspoon
|
|
- [ ] salt 1/4 teaspoon
|
|
- [ ] chocolate chips ??? [^1]

- [ ] shortening to grease baking dish
|
|
## Tools
|
|
- mixing bowl
|
|
- beater
|
|
- glass bread baking dish

## Steps
|
|
- let bananas sit on counter till almost black
|
|
- freeze bananas and then then thaw overnight
|
|
- preheat oven to 350°f
|
|
- add shortening, sugar, just egg, bananas, soy milk and acid bowl and mix until banana chunks won't break down anymore
|
|
- grease baking dish
|
|
- mix in remaining ingredients to mixing bowl until incorporated don't over mix
|
|
- bake in oven for 45-50 minutes
|
