- rotisserie chicken
- celery 2-3 stalks
- carrots 3-4 sticks
- onion
- 10 cups broth
- [Egg Noodles (rough draft)](/recipe/Egg Noodles (rough draft)/) uncooked
- garlic 2 cloves
- salt
- black pepper
- rosemary
- sage
- oregano
- parsley
- grease for pot

Steps
- remove bones and cartilage from the rotisserie chicken and set aside
- dice celery and carrots
- grease pot and sauté celery and carrots for 2 to 3 minutes
- crush garlic into pot and cook for another 30 seconds
- add broth and season to taste
- bring broth to a boil and add noodles
- cook noodles until slightly tender and then remove from heat
- add shredded chicken and more seasoning if necessary
- serve
