## Ingredients

- [ ] [Kombucha Scoby](/recipe/kombucha-scoby/) 6 parts by volume
|

- [ ] fruit puree 1 part by volume
|
|
- [ ] rhubarb 1 part by weight
|
|
- [ ] raspberry 2 parts by weight
|
|
## Tools
|
|
- blender
|
|
- strainer or cheese cloth
|
|
- flip cap bottle
|
|
## Steps
|
|
- dice your chosen fruit
|
|
- place diced fruit in blender and purée it
|
|
- strain the fruit purée through a cheese cloth to separate the fiber and pulp from the liquid [^1]
|
|
- pour the kombucha scoby and fruit purée into a flip cap bottle
|
|
- close the bottle and turn it upside down a few times to evenly mix in the purée
|
|
- let the bottled kombucha ferment for five days in a warm area
|
|
- place the kombuchca in the fridge for an hour or two before serving
|
