• store in freezer

Ingredients

• eggs 6
• confectioners sugar 1.5 lb
• butter 1/2 lb
• salt 1/2 tsp
• allspice 1/4 teaspoon
• ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon
• mace 1/4 teaspoon
• nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
• cardamom 1/4 teaspoon

Tools

• stand mixer
• whisk
• two separate mixing bowls

Steps

• separate all 6 eggs into yokes and whites
• melt butter mix in with sugar until smooth
• slowly mix in egg yokes to butter and sugar mix
• in a separate bowl whisk egg whites to soft peaks
• incorporate egg whites with the yoke butter and sugar
• add in spices and salt
• store in freezer
