Ingredients

• yukon gold potatos
• green onion
• milk powder
• unsalted butter
• salt
• pepper

Tools

• pot
• mixing bowl
• hand mixer
• knife

Steps

• cut potato's into 3cm chunks
• add potato's to water and bring to gentle simmer boiling water¹
• after potato's are fork tender pour out water saving some in a glass
• move potato's to mixing bowl and mash with hand mixer²
• cut green onions into diamonds
• mix together potato mash, green onions, milk powder, saved boil water, butter, salt, and pepper
