Ingredients

• egg yokes 4
• light corn syrup 20g
• sugar 75g
• milk 160g
• heavy cream 240g
• vanilla extract

Tools

• sauce pan
• mixing bowl
• ninja creami

Steps

• whisk egg yokes, corn syrup, and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved
• add mixture, cream, milk, and vanilla extract to sauce pan and stir
• heat sauce pan and stir until the mixture reaches 165-175 °F
• pour mixture into ninja creami pint container
• store in freezer until frozen
• place pint in ninja creami and select gelato then select respin
• serve
