Kombucha - Raspberry Rhubarb true

Ingredients

  • Kombucha Scoby 6 parts by volume
  • fruit puree 1 part by volume
  • rhubarb 1 part by weight
  • raspberry 2 parts by weight

Tools

  • blender
  • strainer or cheese cloth
  • flip cap bottle

Steps

  • dice your chosen fruit
  • place diced fruit in blender and purée it
  • strain the fruit purée through a cheese cloth to separate the fiber and pulp from the liquid 1
  • pour the kombucha scoby and fruit purée into a flip cap bottle
  • close the bottle and turn it upside down a few times to evenly mix in the purée
  • let the bottled kombucha ferment for five days in a warm area
  • place the kombuchca in the fridge for an hour or two before serving
