Ingredients
- onion 1
- ground beef 2lbs
- garlic 8 cloves
- cream of mushroom soup 12oz
- milk 8oz
- sour cream 2 large spoonfuls
- monterey jack shredded 2 cups
- cheddar shredded 2 cups
- frozen corn 12oz
- frozen peas 12oz
- frozen carot cubes 12oz
- tater tots 32oz
- black pepper
- orregano
- sage
- salt
- msg
- rosemary
- thyme
- cilantro
- parsley garnish
- butter to greases a pan

- mixing bowl
- 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish/8x6x2 inch pyrex dishes 4
Steps
- preheat oven to 350 °F
- dice onion
- grease pan
- caramelize onions
- brown the ground meat with the onion
- stir in crushed garlic
- mix all ingredients except tater tots in mixing bowl
- pour mixed ingredients into cake pan
- layer tater tots on top of mixture
- place pan in oven for an hour
- let cool
- serve
