- carrots 4x
- lion's mane
- vegetable stock 1 jar
- 5 cups water
- heavy cream [1^]
- 4 japanese curry bricks
- bay leaf
- red pepper

- large pot
- frying pan
- spoon for stirring
Steps
- peel and dice potatoes to 2.5 cm cubes
- slice carrots into 1 cm medallions
- mix stock and water in pop and bring to a simmer
- add potatoes and carrots to pot
- dice lion's mane to 2 cm cubes
- fry lions mane in greased pan
- add lions mane and cream to pot
- simmer until carrots and potatoes are soft
