Makes ~9 Crêpes

Ingredients

  • all purpose flour 150g
  • eggs 2
  • milk 125g
  • water 125g
  • salt 2g (1/4 teaspoon)
  • melted butter 28g (2 tablespoons)
  • butter to grease pan

Filling ideas

  • whipped cream
  • strawberries
  • powdered sugar
  • cream cheese
  • peanut butter
  • chocolate hazelnut spread
  • raspberries

Tools

  • Pan
  • Mixing bowl
  • Whisk

Steps

  • Add milk, water, butter, eggs, and salt to mixing bowl and whisk together
  • Sift flour and gradually add to bowl while mixing
  • Whisk batter until smooth
  • Add 1/4 cup scoops of batter to hot greased pan on medium high heat and then tilt in circular motion so spread batter into and even coat
  • Flip after 2 minutes or top is no longer wet
  • Take off heat after 1 minute and start next crêpe
