- [ ] beans 1700g canned [^2]

- [ ] corn 500g frozen
|

- [ ] coco powder
|
|
- [ ] all spice
|
|
- [ ] cumin
|
|
- [ ] coriander
|
|
- [ ] garlic powder
|
|
- [ ] oregano
|
|
- [ ] mace
|
|
- [ ] parsley
|
|
- [ ] paprika
|
|
- [ ] red chili pepper

## Steps
|
|
- cut onions and bell peppers into 0.5-1cm chunks and fry in pot
|
|
- dump everything else in and simmer for an hour
|
|
