## Tools

- mixing bowl
|

- pan (optional)
|
|
- stove top (optional)
|
|
## Steps
|
|
- whisk together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice in a mixing bowl
|
|
- sift mixture into a second bowl
|
|
- mix in butter
|
|
