- 1 table spoon of powder per 250-300ml of boiling water
## Ingredients
- [ ] msg 30g
- [ ] dextrose 50g [^1]
- [ ] table Salt 40g
- [ ] cysteine hydrochloride 1g
- [ ] methionine 8g
- [ ] tuarine 1g
- [ ] textured vegetable protein 30g
- [ ] all purpose flour 10g
- [ ] flax oil 10g [^2]
- [ ] maggi sauce 10g
- [ ] kombu 3g
- [ ] nutritional yeast flakes 5g
- [ ] dried mushrooms 1g
- [ ] spices 0.02g
## Tools
- blender
- mortar and pestle
- sieve
- mixing bowl
## Steps
- blend or crush mushrooms and kombu into a powder[^3]
- mix together all dry ingredients in bowl
- thoroughly mix together remaining wet ingredients
- add 1 table spoon of powder to 300 ml of boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes before eating

[^1]: Must be Dextrose can not substitute with other sugars
[^2]: can use any vegetable oil but flax oil works best
[^3]: forcing though a sieve can get you a very fine powder
