- knife

Steps
- cut rolled pasta sheets into 5cm squares
- place a small amount of the filling on each square (a little less than a teaspoon)
- brush the edge of each square with water
- fold each square diagonally and press edges together, getting out as much air as you can
- with the point facing up, roll the bottom edge up until the tips are folded over
- fold the sides to the center across each other and press together
- once all of the tortellini are made boil them in salted water 1
- strain out each tortellini when they float
- serve
