Ingredients
- all purpose flour 200g (7oz)
- semolina flour1 200g (7oz)
- eggs 4
- water 15-30g (1-2 tablespoons)
Tools
- stand mixer
- beater
Steps
- add flour to stand mixer bowl and make a well
- add water and eggs to well
- attach dough hook to stand mixer and mix on low for 2 minutes
- form dough into a ball cover and let rest for 30 minutes before feeding into press
