• new Amsterdam London dry works well

Ingredients

• simple sugar 15g (1/3 fluid ounce)
• fresh lemon juice 20g (2/3 fluid ounce)
• gin 60g (2 fluid ounce)
• fresh basil leaves
• ice

Tools

• shaker
• measuring cup
• muddler

Steps

• muddle a ton of basil leaves in bottom of shaker
• add ice simple sugar lemon juice and gin
• shake¹
• pour over ice and garnish with basil leaf
