## Ingredients
- [ ] salt 150g
- [ ] sugar 70g
- [ ] cold water 540g
- [ ] salmon 2-3 fillets
## Tools
- mixing bowl
## Steps
- mix salt sugar and water in bowl until the salt and sugar are dissolved
- add in frozen salmon and let sit for 2 hours in the fridge
- move salmon to ziplock bags and place in a new bowl of water in the fridge for 6 hours to finish thawing
- cut salmon into thin strips
