cuts the fleet over from hosted tailscale to headscale: loginServer option on the tailscale module set per host, route advertisement fixed to 192.168.1.0/24, defiant's hardcoded-tailnet-IP ollama socket proxy replaced with an interface-scoped firewall rule, and the migration runbook + network topology plans in the README. Cutover steps (DNS records, preauth keys, per-host logout) are in the runbook.
