## Ingredients

## Tools 
- sheet pan
- oven
## Steps
- preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F)
- roll chilled dough into a 40cm square
- cut dough into 10cm squares
- place ~2 teaspoons of filling slightly off center in each square
- fold dough squares diagonally, pressing a fork along the edge to seal
- place folded dough on sheet pan
- bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastries are a deep golden brown
- place on cooling rack
- serve warm
