## Ingredients
- [ ] stale bread
- [ ] egg
- [ ] milk
- [ ] cinnamon
- [ ] butter
## Tools
- mixing bowl
- pan or griddle 
- stove top
## Steps
- beat eggs and milk together until smooth
- butter pan and place on medium high heat
- dip both sides of bread in egg wash
- place bread in pan and sprinkle the top with cinnamon 
- fry one side until golden brown
- flip bread and sprinkle the top with cinnamon
- fry remaining side until golden brown
- serve
