# Makes ??? Snickerdoodles

## notes
- try not adding cream of tartar
## Dough
- [ ] sugar 1 1/2 cups
- [ ] melted butter 1 cup
- [ ] eggs 2
- [ ] all purpose flour 2 3/4 cups
- [ ] cream of tartar 2 teaspoon
- [ ] salt 1/4 teaspoon
- [ ] vanilla extract to taste
## Spice mix
- [ ] sugar 1/4 cup
- [ ] ground cinnamon to taste
- [ ] ground cardamon to taste
- [ ] ground nutmeg to taste
- [ ] ground allspice to taste
- [ ] rose powder to taste
## Tools 
- stove
- mixing bowl 2
- beater
- cookie sheets
- parchment paper
### Steps
- preheat oven to 205ºC (400ºF)
- mix together all dough ingredients in mixing bowl
- mix together all spice mix ingredients in second mixing bowl
- cover cookie sheets in parchment paper
- shape cookie dough into 1" diameter balls
- roll dough balls in spice mix and place on cookie sheet
- bake in oven 8-10 minutes
