--- title: Chicken Noodle Soup --- ### notes - try spring onions ## Ingredients - [ ] rotisserie chicken - [ ] celery 2-3 stalks - [ ] carrots 3-4 sticks - [ ] onion - [ ] 10 cups broth - [ ] [Egg Noodles (rough draft)](/recipe/Egg Noodles/) uncooked - [ ] garlic 2 cloves - [ ] salt - [ ] black pepper - [ ] rosemary - [ ] sage - [ ] oregano - [ ] parsley - [ ] grease for pot ## Tools - pot ## Steps - remove bones and cartilage from the rotisserie chicken and set aside - dice celery and carrots - grease pot and sauté celery and carrots for 2 to 3 minutes - crush garlic into pot and cook for another 30 seconds - add broth and season to taste - bring broth to a boil and add noodles - cook noodles until slightly tender and then remove from heat - add shredded chicken and more seasoning if necessary - serve #recipe/dinner/soup
