## Ingredients

- [ ] super fine sugar 150g
- [ ] bourbon 250ml
- [ ] whole milk 250g 
- [ ] heavy cream 60g
- [ ] spiced rum 5 fluid ounces 
- [ ] salt pinch
## Tools
- mixing bowl
- scale
- measuring cups
- whisk
- storage container 
## Steps
- whisk egg yoke and sugar in bowl until smooth
- whisk in milk and cream
- slowly add in alcohol while whisking 
- let sit in fridge for at least 2 weeks before drinking
