## Ingredients 
- [ ] sugar 4 cups
- [ ] lemons 10
- [ ] vodka 750g
- [ ] water 4 cups
## Tools 
- pealer
- quart jar
## Steps
- peal lemons removing as little pith as possible
- add lemon peals, vodka quart jar and let steep for a month
- after a month remove lemon peals with a strainer keeping vodka
- heat water and dissolve sugar then mix into the vodka
