--- title: Jam Apple makes: 1.5L --- ## Ingredients - [ ] cored apple 1000g - [ ] water 150g - [ ] brown sugar 700g - [ ] ground cinnamon 8g - [ ] pectin 50g ## Tools - blender - bread machine - stock pot ## Steps - blend apples - add all ingredients to bread machine - start on jam setting ### Canning - as soon as jam is finished pour into canning jars - leave about 2cm space at the top of the can - place lid on can and secure gently with ring - place cans into large pot - fill pot with water to 4cm above jars - bring pot to a boil for 1 hour - remove cans from pot and let cool #recipe/ingredient/jam #diet/plant_based #diet/vegetarian
