# Makes 5 Cups Tom and Jerry Mix
### notes 
- store in freezer
## Ingredients 
- [ ] eggs 6
- [ ] confectioners sugar 1.5 lb
- [ ] butter 1/2 lb
- [ ] salt 1/2 tsp
- [ ] allspice 1/4 teaspoon
- [ ] ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon
- [ ] mace 1/4 teaspoon 
- [ ] nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon 
- [ ] cardamom 1/4 teaspoon 
## Tools 
- stand mixer
- whisk
- two separate mixing bowls
## Steps
- separate all 6 eggs into yokes and whites
- melt butter mix in with sugar until smooth
- slowly mix in egg yokes to butter and sugar mix 
- in a separate bowl whisk egg whites to soft peaks
- incorporate egg whites with the yoke butter and sugar
- add in spices and salt
- store in freezer
