--- title: Jam Raspberry Rhubarb draft: true --- # Makes 3 Jars ## notes - Freezing and thawing raspberries beforehand can soften them up ## Ingredients - [ ] raspberry 600g - [ ] rhubarb 300g - [ ] sugar 450g - [ ] pectin 50g - [ ] lemon juice 15g (half a leamon) ## Tools - bread machine - blender ## Steps - blend raspberries and rhubarb - add all ingredients to bread machine - start on jam setting ### Canning - as soon as jam is finished pour into canning jars - leave about 2cm space at the top of the can - place lid on can and secure gently with ring - place cans into large pot - fill pot with water to 4cm above jars - bring pot to a boil for 1 hour - remove cans from pot and let cool #recipe/ingredient/jam #diet/plant-based #diet/vegetarian
