## Ingredients
- [ ] oyster mushrooms 250g
- [ ] cremini mushrooms 250g
- [ ] garlic cloves 3-6
- [ ] salt
- [ ] parsley
- [ ] thyme
- [ ] olive oil
- [ ] grease for pan
## Tools
- cutting board
- pan
- blender
## Steps
- chop mushrooms
- peal garlic
- grease pan
- crush garlic into pan and fry until golden
- add mushrooms and a pinch of salt
- fry until the mushrooms have released most of their liquid
- place mushroom fry into blender with parsley, time, and a bit of olive oil
- blend mixture occasionally adding more olive oil until everything forms into a paste
