+- oven
+## Steps
+- preheat oven to 205 °C (400 °F)
+- roll chilled dough into a 40cm square
+- cut dough into 10cm squares
+- place ~2 teaspoons of filling slightly off center in each square
+- fold dough squares diagonally, pressing a fork along the edge to seal
+- place folded dough on sheet pan
+- bake for 20-25 minutes, until the pastries are a deep golden brown
+- place on cooling rack
+- serve warm
