+# Makes 5 Cups Tom and Jerry Mix

+- store in freezer
+## Ingredients 
+- [ ] eggs 6
+- [ ] confectioners sugar 1.5 lb
+- [ ] butter 1/2 lb
+- [ ] salt 1/2 tsp
+- [ ] allspice 1/4 teaspoon
+- [ ] ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon
+- [ ] mace 1/4 teaspoon 
+- [ ] nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon 
+- [ ] cardamom 1/4 teaspoon 
+## Tools 
+- stand mixer
+- whisk
+- two separate mixing bowls
+## Steps
+- separate all 6 eggs into yokes and whites
+- melt butter mix in with sugar until smooth
+- slowly mix in egg yokes to butter and sugar mix 
+- in a separate bowl whisk egg whites to soft peaks
+- incorporate egg whites with the yoke butter and sugar
+- add in spices and salt
+- store in freezer
