+- [ ] vegetable broth
+- [ ] garlic 2 cloves
+- [ ] black pepper
+- [ ] rosemary
+- [ ] parsley
+- [ ] thyme
+- [ ] sage
+- [ ] bay leave
+- [ ] nutmeg
+- [ ] paprika
+- [ ] cumin
+- [ ] onion powder
+- [ ] ground ginger
+- [ ] salt

+## Steps
+- preheat oven to 190°C (375°F)
+- melt butter in pot
+- chop up onions, celery, carrot, and apple
+- add onions in pot with butter and fry till translucent
+- add vegetable broth, celery, carrot, and apple to pot and boil till ingredients start to cook
+- chop up stale bread into small cubes
+- mix spice and bread chunks into soup mix in the pot
+- transfer mix to baking dish
+- put in oven for hour at 190°C (375°F) for hour
