+- [ ] sugar 1 1/2 cups
+- [ ] melted butter 1 cup
+- [ ] eggs 2
+- [ ] all purpose flour 2 3/4 cups
+- [ ] cream of tartar 2 teaspoon
+- [ ] salt 1/4 teaspoon
+- [ ] vanilla extract to taste
+## Spice mix
+- [ ] sugar 1/4 cup
+- [ ] ground cinnamon to taste
+- [ ] ground cardamon to taste
+- [ ] ground nutmeg to taste
+- [ ] ground allspice to taste
+- [ ] rose powder to taste
+## Tools 
+- stove
+- mixing bowl 2
+- beater
+- cookie sheets
+- parchment paper
+### Steps
+- preheat oven to 205ºC (400ºF)
+- mix together all dough ingredients in mixing bowl
+- mix together all spice mix ingredients in second mixing bowl
+- cover cookie sheets in parchment paper
+- shape cookie dough into 1" diameter balls
+- roll dough balls in spice mix and place on cookie sheet
+- bake in oven 8-10 minutes
