+# Makes X g of dough
+## Ingredients 
+- [ ] all purpose flour 200g (7oz)
+- [ ] semolina flour[^1] 200g (7oz)
+- [ ] eggs 4
+- [ ] water 15-30g (1-2 tablespoons)
+## Tools 
+- stand mixer
+- beater
+## Steps
+- add flour to stand mixer bowl and make a well
+- add water and eggs to well
+- attach dough hook to stand mixer and mix on low for 2 minutes
+- form dough into a ball cover and let rest for 30 minutes before feeding into press
