+- [ ] egg yokes 4
+- [ ] light corn syrup 20g
+- [ ] sugar 75g
+- [ ] milk 160g
+- [ ] heavy cream 240g
+- [ ] vanilla extract
+## Tools 
+- sauce pan
+- mixing bowl
+- ninja creami
+## Steps
+- whisk egg yokes, corn syrup, and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved
+- add mixture, cream, milk, and vanilla extract to sauce pan and stir
+- heat sauce pan and stir until the mixture reaches 165-175 °F
+- pour mixture into ninja creami pint container
+- store in freezer until frozen
+- place pint in ninja creami and select gelato then select respin
+- serve
