+## Ingredients 
+- [ ] rice flour 20g (2 tablespoons)
+- [ ] potato starch 40g (3 1/3 tablespoons)
+- [ ] sugar 45g (3 tablespoons)
+- [ ] salt pinch
+- [ ] rice milk 200mL [^1]
+## Tools 
+- pan
+- stove top
+## Steps
+- mix all ingredients in cold pan
+- put on medium high heat and stir constantly till congealed into dough
+- roll dough sphere after adding to rice flower
+- refrigerate for 30 minutes (optional)
