+- [ ] onion 1-2
+- [ ] carrots 4x
+- [ ] lion's mane
+- [ ] vegetable stock 1 jar
+- [ ] 5 cups water
+- [ ] heavy cream [1^]
+- [ ] 4 japanese curry bricks 
+- [ ] bay leaf
+- [ ] red pepper
+## Tools 
+- large pot
+- frying pan
+- spoon for stirring 
+## Steps
+- peel and dice potatoes to 2.5 cm cubes
+- slice carrots into 1 cm medallions
+- mix stock and water in pop and bring to a simmer
+- add potatoes and carrots to pot
+- dice lion's mane to 2 cm cubes
+- fry lions mane in greased pan
+- add lions mane and cream to pot
+- simmer until carrots and potatoes are soft
