+# Makes 3 Jars

+## Ingredients 
+- [ ] cored apple 1000g
+- [ ] water 150g
+- [ ] brown sugar 700g
+- [ ] ground cinnamon 8g
+- [ ] pectin 50g
+## Tools 
+- blender
+- bread machine
+- stock pot
+## Steps
+- blend apples
+- add all ingredients to bread machine
+- start on jam setting
+### Canning
+- as soon as jam is finished pour into canning jars 
+- leave about 2cm space at the top of the can
+- place lid on can and secure gently with ring
+- place cans into large pot
+- fill pot with water to 4cm above jars
+- bring pot to a boil for 1 hour
+- remove cans from pot and let cool
+
