+- beat eggs and milk together until smooth
+- butter pan and place on medium high heat
+- dip both sides of bread in egg wash
+- place bread in pan and sprinkle the top with cinnamon 
+- fry one side until golden brown
+- flip bread and sprinkle the top with cinnamon
+- fry remaining side until golden brown
+- serve
