+## Ingredients
+- [ ] eggs 2
+- [ ] salt 5 g (3/4 teaspoon)
+- [ ] milk 35 g (2 tablespoons)
+- [ ] all purpose flower 180-240g (1.5-2 cups)
+## Tools
+- stand mixer
+- rolling pin
+- kitchen knife / dough scraper
+## Steps
+- mix eggs milk and salt until smooth
+- incorporated 120g of flour (1 cup)
+- slowly add more flour until the dough comes together in a ball that is still slightly sticky
+- place sticky dough on a floured surface 
+- kneed more flour into the dough until it is no longer sticky
+- let rest for 10 minutes 
+- roll out dough to about 1/2 cm thickness 
+- cut dough into long strips
+- dump noodles directly into boiling water
+- boil until slightly tender
+- serve
